Matwork classes are typical classes performed on the Mat/floor, with/without the use of props. You use your own bodyweight against gravity.
All exercises are performd with the Principles of Pilates;
concentration, centering, control, breathing, precision, flow. 
Pilates is quality of movement and not quantity.

In Pilates we also use machines like the Reformer and chair and also props like small balls, big balls, dynabands and magic circle. 
Using the Pilates machines helps to improve muscular endurance, strength and tone, flexibility and better body awareness. It trains core stability by working the deep postural muscles and shoulder-girdle stability. 

Private and duet training times by arrangement.

All classes are 55 minutes-long
Please be on time preferably 
5 minutes prior to the start of the class.

Matwork classes limited to a maximum of 8 people.
Therefore it is necessary to make an appointment first.
